  • Can I bring in a pot from home to have planted?
    Yes! We encourage our customers to bring in pots to help them find the perfect plant. If you would like us to plant it for you, it is the cost of the soil and the plant material used in the pot.
  • I have a plant but I don't know what it is. Can you identify it?
    Yes! Most of our staff has a horticulture background. Bring us a cutting or a high quality picture and we will do our best to identify it for you.
  • What if my pots are too big to move to have them repotted at the store?
    If your pots are too big we recommend bringing in pictures and measurements of the pots to help us guide you in the right direction. If you would like to plant them yourself we are happy to help design an arrangement for your pots. If you don't have time we do offer a mobile potting service. There is a $50 fee as well as the cost of the soil and plant material.
  • Do you do landscaping?
    Unfortunately we are not landscapers. We do however have design and plant knowledge to help you decide on what plants to put in your yard, but we do not do installs or house calls.
  • Are you able to diagnose and recommend a treatment for diseased plants?
    Yes! One of our staff members is educated in plant diseases. They are able to identify the issue and recommend a product that we carry on site to treat the diseased plant.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
